Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift.

Duties:
- Conducting the nightly audit process to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Checking in late arrivals and assisting with guest requests
- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Managing reservations and cancellations
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Balancing financial transactions and preparing reports for management
- Ensuring the security of the premises during the night shift

Requirements:
- Previous experience in front desk operations, guest services, or hotel management
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and phone systems
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
